Welcome to the Mag-Tools EU website (the "Site"). Please review the following terms and conditions. Access to and use of the Site is conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have the consent of a parent or guardian who is of legal age.
Is Shipping included in the Prices?
No, Mag-tools EU does not include Shipping in the prices of our products. All applicable shipping will be added at checkout based on origin and delivery location.
Mag-Tools EU will ship your package in 5-7 business days of order received. Postage date are only estimates as these days are not guaranteed shipping times. If your package is delayed because it is stuck with a postal carrier, please contact your local post office. Mag-Tools is not responsible for shipment delays or damages caused by acts of nature and/or postal carriers.
Where do you ship to?
Mag-Tools EU is our official European store and currently ships to European locations as well as to the UK.
Where do you ship from?
We have our warehouse located in Germany.
Can I get a shipping quote?
There are 2 ways to check shipping.
On the cart page, scroll down to Estimate Shipping Section and choose your country and zip code.
At least 1 item must be added to the cart because shipping quotes are based on package weight/size and destination.
1. Go to your Shopping Cart.
2. Click Check Out.
3. Add your address.
4. Click Continue to Shipping Method
International Shipping Policy
By selecting the shipping method and completing payment, you agree to pay Duty and VAT directly to the carrier at time of delivery or if billed by the carrier. Mag-Tools (Magswitch Technology Inc.) DOES NOT collect Duty/VAT directly, as those fees are not included in your order total.
The International Shipping Policy applies only to customers located outside of the EU because Duty/VAT are import charges to customers located outside of the European Union. Mag-Tools EU ships packages from a warehouse in Germany, EU.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Product warranties are dependent upon the manufacturer.
Magswitch products are covered by a 1-year warranty for product defect.
Mag-Tools wants to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase. Mag-Tools customers are covered by a 48-hour return window from time of receipt and must contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns without an RMA will be declined and sent back to sender.
The product(s) must be returned in New and Unused Condition, including original manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and all accessories/parts. You can return your item for a refund of the item price, less any shipping fees. You will need to cover shipping back to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
If package is damaged in shipment, Do NOT Accept the package and refuse the shipment from the carrier. Contact us immediately at MTE@magswitch.com.
What does on backorder mean?
If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it displays a status of "Pre-Order" as a button on the item's page. An item listed as "Pre-Order" is available for purchase but is not in stock and not available to ship. We provide an estimated arrival date for inventory to be in-stock. However, the estimated date is only an estimate and we do NOT guarantee our inventory will be in-stock and prepared for shipment by the estimated date.
In the instance of a "Pre-Order", our Customer Service team will email you with the option to hold the entire order until all items are in stock to ship or to ship in-stock items and at a later date, ship the back ordered items once the items are back in-stock. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via the shipping service of our choice as soon as they are available. If an order is shipped in multiple packages, we do Not charge for the split shipment.
- International Note: Due to customs regulations, we cannot partially ship international orders. In the instance of a "Pre-Order", Customer Service will send you an email offering to ship your entire order once all items are available or to cancel your order with a full refund.
Is VAT included in the Prices?
No, Mag-tools EU does not include VAT in the prices of our products. All applicable taxes & duties will be added at checkout.

Contact us for details means we currently don't have the item available for sale in the EU. We are hoping to add more Magswitch tools to our product line so that our customers in UK and Europe will have access to the entire Magswitch product line.You can still purchase it on our Global Store at www.mag-tools.com.
Good news is, we just need for you to contact us at MTE@magswitch.com with the product that you would like to buy but isn't currently available. Just as we made our Australian Mag-Tools store happen, we will make sure Magswitch products are available to you within Europe.
